Guest: Welcome up to 6 guests. Must be at least 25 years old or accompanied by parent(s).
Occupancy by more than stated number of guests in rental agreement is prohibited by the Fire Marshall.
Pets: Pets of any type are prohibited in the condo unit.
Linens and Towels: Upon arrival, you will find fresh linens on beds and clean towels for your stay.
Supplies: An initial supply of soap, paper products, cleaning supplies and other miscellaneous items are provided. These supplies may not meet your entire stays demand.
Telephones: No toll or long-distance calls are permitted unless they are billed collect or placed with a credit or calling card.
Condo Keys and Parking: Keys are in lockbox on door. One reserved parking spot is available.
Security Deposit: A $500.00 security deposit is required for all rentals. The security deposit will be refunded if the unit is free of damage and keys are returned.
Departure Cleaning: An $85 dollar cleaning fee will be added to all rentals.
Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel, please notify us a soon as possible? If the unit is re-rented for the requested rental period,
100% refund will be provided. Any rental loss is shared 50/50. Cancellations within 30 days of rental will result in 100% loss of rent, unless re-rented.
Weather, Act of God and other events: in the event that there is a mandatory evacuation or inability to occupy the rental unit due to weather, act of god. Fire, flood or other events beyond the control and without the fault or negligence of the owners, the maximum liability for any claim, loss expense, or damage shall in no event exceed sums actually paid by the renter to the owner. The owner will not be liable for incidental, special, consequential or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with the Rental Agreement
